Sometimes you have things to do within the week but not necessarily on a specific day. Being able to assign a task for "week 40" for example would declutter the daily view, and relieve the "stress" you get from seeing a task planned for a specific day and not done yet

I would love to be able to check off events like with tasks.

Allow a started/ completed/ postponed/ cancelled option instead of just cross out/ happy/ sad etc

Is there a way you can incorporate a search facility in to the platform, so you can look for old items or up and coming ones?

Can we please have the items with a set time sort themselves on the planner?? I do like the customization of the drag and drop, but if there could also be an automatic chronological sorting, I would love that. Thanks!

It'd be nice to be able to use text formatting tools in the diary (like in notes). Can we have a horizontal rule tool as well?

There seems to be a syncing issue that comes up daily. Any tasks created, updated, checked off, etc. in the late afternoon or end of day are not syncing the following morning and any of the above actions are completely reversed. Basically means I then have to redo everything in the morning.

Many people organize by colors so I’d rather not pick just one color for everything.

A task that has subtasks should have a visual reminder like an asterisk beside it or the subtasks should be listed beneath the tasks so you can see them at a glance without opening up each task to see if it has subtasks.

Allow app to have a widget to show our planner,list, or habits on homescreen

Would be great to have some widgets showing today's list, habits to check off etc.

Would love for to-dos to be color coded based on the workspace they're in so you can easily differentiate tasks by category in one view. (Doesn't have to be color coding, but since workspaces can be assigned different colors, it seems the obvious choice.)
